Facebook Comment Moderation Tips for your Website

Before start this lesson, please read lesson-6 for Setup process of Facebook comment box at your website. 

In this lesson, I will explain about Moderation tool with clear idea, step by step... Just read all description with attention.

Step-1:

• At first Click on Moderation tool ‣‣①

• Next Click on URL Settings

• If you select Yes, visitors will not able to comment in this post.

Step-2:

• Now click on your app Name

• Next Click on Settings 

1. Sort Comments By‣‣⑥  select any from Top, Newest or Oldest. (suppose if you select Newest, new comments of visitors will be show at first from all comment.
2. If you select Photos‣‣⑦ from Enable Attachments, Visitors will be able to comment with photo.
3. If you select Enable Notifications on‣‣⑧, you will receive notification for every comment and visitor will be find a notification after your/any reply for his comment.

Step-3:

• Click on Moderation Rules
• Set some default option from this option, If you face any problem, comment me , I will describe you.

Step-4:

• Click on moderators
• You will add moderators for your website comment moderation from here.

Step-5:

• Click on Blacklist
• Sometimes you will be face some bad comment, So add some unwanted word from here as like below photo.

Step-6:

• Click on Banned User
• Your all previous banned user list will be show here
